With the expansion of the Lift Emotion headquarters assembly hall of 20 x 30 x 12 wxdxh, they have now a full-scale assembly possibility for their glass and special elevators. This results in a more accurately built elevator. They can have the decoration/glass and all needed parts assembled in their lift shafts, resulting in the time on board and or in the building reduced.
For example. Inside M/Y Project X they have a massive 2.5 meter, 5 stops elevator which was delivered pre-assembled in two sections and transported from Meppel to Greece. The installation of the complete shaft and cabin was realized within 5 working days. After that, they returned and aligned the shaft and set the system to work. Reducing the time on board drastically was also a great benefit for the yard this was a much better way of working because they had only one-week unoccupied main staircase, instead of weeks/months when you build up a round lift inside a staircase.
The result can be found during the MYS inside project X where the mix of st steel brushed and yards leather/wood will give a super nice feeling / look.
