Superyacht Season Finale Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Team Entries, Individual Tickets and Crew Registrations for the Superyacht Season Finale organised by Superyacht Technology Network Ltd.

1. Event Overview

The Superyacht Season Finale takes place on Friday 23 October 2026 and comprises:

  • Superyacht Karting Championship
  • Superyacht Technology Awards & Gala Dinner
  • Atlantis Crew Party

The organiser reserves the right to amend the event schedule, programme, venue or format where reasonably necessary.

2. Team Entries

Each Team Entry includes participation for six drivers.

Team Entry includes:

  • Participation in the Superyacht Karting Championship
  • Branded team bibs and helmet allocation
  • Hospitality and networking lunch
  • Return transport between Port Vauban and the karting circuit
  • Access to the Superyacht Technology Awards & Gala Dinner
  • Access to the Atlantis Crew Party
  • Official event photography and video coverage

SYTN recommends a 50/50 split between yacht crew and company representatives.

The lead contact is responsible for providing participant details and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms & Conditions.

3. Individual Tickets

Individual Ticket holders will be allocated to a hosted team by the organiser.

Individual Tickets include:

  • Participation in the Superyacht Karting Championship
  • Allocation to a hosted team
  • Branded team bibs and helmet allocation
  • Hospitality and networking lunch
  • Return transport between Port Vauban and the karting circuit
  • Access to the Superyacht Technology Awards & Gala Dinner
  • Access to the Atlantis Crew Party

Team allocations are made at the discretion of the organiser.

4. Crew Registrations

Crew attendance at the Atlantis Crew Party is complimentary but subject to approval and event capacity.

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee attendance.

The organiser reserves the right to approve, refuse or limit registrations where necessary.

5. Karting Participation

Participation in the Superyacht Karting Championship is subject to the rules, safety requirements and operational procedures of the karting venue.

Participants must:

  • Comply with all instructions issued by the karting venue and event organisers
  • Wear the safety equipment provided
  • Meet any minimum age, height, weight or safety requirements imposed by the venue
  • Complete any waivers, declarations or documentation required by the venue

Participants who fail to comply with safety requirements may be excluded from participation without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that karting is a physical activity involving inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

Participation in the Superyacht Karting Championship is undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superyacht Technology Network Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or expense arising from participation in the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

8. Alcohol & Drugs

Participants must not take part in the Superyacht Karting Championship under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Alcohol will only be served following the completion of all karting activities.

The organiser and karting venue reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone considered unfit to safely participate. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

9. Photography & Video

By attending the event, participants consent to photography, filming and recording for promotional, editorial and marketing purposes.

SYTN reserves the right to use photographs, video and other event content across its websites, social media channels, marketing materials and future event promotions.

10. Dietary Requirements & Allergens

Participants are responsible for notifying the organiser of any dietary requirements, food allergies or intolerances in advance of the event.

Whilst the organiser will use reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements that have been notified in advance, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.

Participants with severe allergies are encouraged to make themselves known to event staff upon arrival and should exercise appropriate caution when consuming food and beverages.

Superyacht Technology Network Ltd and its catering partners shall not be liable for any allergic reactions or dietary-related incidents where requirements have not been communicated in advance.

11. Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to amend the event programme, schedule, venue, activities, catering, entertainment, speakers, awards categories or timings where reasonably necessary.

12. Ticket Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable.

Ticket transfers may be permitted at the discretion of the organiser and must be requested in writing prior to the event.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • A full refund; or
  • A transfer to a rescheduled event date

The organiser shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by attendees.

13. Event Communications

By registering for the Superyacht Season Finale, participants agree to receive communications relating to their registration, attendance, event logistics and event updates.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Superyacht Technology Network Privacy Policy.
