With Corona Virus changing the way people work, companies are acting smart and changing their offerings to suit the current situation. JPMA have been working with the MCA for the last few weeks, and are happy to announce that they have been granted accreditation to take their written Small Vessel & Yacht Engineering modules online.

SV 2nd Engineer Marine Diesel Engineering
SV 2nd Engineer Operational Procedures & Basic Hotel Services
Y3/SV Statutory & Operational Requirements
SV Auxiliary Equipment II
SV Applied Marine Engineering
As the courses are running online, there will not be a written exam at the end of the course. The MCA & SQA have looked at every possible way they could offer the exams online, but there is no solution. Written exams will be available as soon as the lockdown regulations are lifted, and JPMA will ensure that each student is able to access the written exam as quickly and simply as possible.
