Riela Yachts have been named as a finalist for the ‘Industry Disruptor’ award, an award given to the organization who has used Laserfiche to drive radical change in an industry, improving their competitive positioning and transforming the way services are delivered to customers. Finalists for this award will show how they’ve disrupted the way business has traditionally been done in their industry, for example by transforming a business process, dramatically shifting service delivery or driving measurable improvements in customer experience.
The Riela Yachts eSMS has eliminated the requirement for previously time consuming and paper based reporting and now employees a fully paperless library of safety related forms. The electronic forms are built with live communication with the DPA, which is adding enhanced safety oversight to activities such as Permits to Work onboard. Their clients are also benefitting from the sophisticated documentation and certificate management within the system, which syncs data seamlessly and securely whilst retaining detailed auditable records.
