Autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV) are great for both scientific and leisure exploration purposes. Many superyacht owners, including Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, have spent years perfecting the craft of AUV exploration.
Now, there is a new contender on the field. The Bluefin SandShark is a tiny but very powerful AUV, compatible with virtually every autonomy suite in the market. The AUV is capable of speeds up to 5 knots and diving up to approximately 660 feet.
As a fully customizable vehicle, the SandShark can be used for a multitude of different purposes, including reconnaissance and surveillance.
