CELLweaver, the company behind the unit allowing yachts to connect to the internet at multiple 4G speeds, introduced its new auto-gain control amplifier/range extender, the CELLweaver RX, at MYS 2016.
Today, CEO Wilko Darger reports how well it has been selling as a straightforward bolt-on to the main CELLweaver product. The product more than triples the 3G/4G reception range from 6-7 nautical miles up to 25 nm from the shoreline, meeting the needs of the vast majority of yachts when they are cruising with guests on board.
